50 Years of Marriage
Postcard Invitation, Photo Manipulation
Tom and Betty celebrated 50 years of marriage with all of their friends and family. It seemed as though all of Fort Wayne was there. It was my honor to design the invite for their celebration.
They had a photo of the two of them and Tom's brother that they really liked, but I didn't think it would work too well with Jerry standing in with the happy couple. Nothing personal against Uncle Jerry.
With just a touch of Photoshop, Jerry was gone and I had the couple standing together years before they knew they would still be enjoying each other's company. A touch of gold for the golden anniversary, plus a little of grandad's mischief and we had an invitation for the ages.
On the back I played with font sizes to frame a great photograph of the happy couple sharing their wedding cake on their day just 50 years ago.
